 How far in advance do I need to place my Catering Pickup order?

This will depend on the products you are ordering because many products require different preparation time. Once you add your products to your online shopping cart, continue to the checkout page where you will see a list of available pickup days and times. The available pickup days and times shown are based on the products in your cart. We recommend three days advance notice for most orders

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Please visit the customer service desk at your Heinen’s pickup location with a copy of your order confirmation. An associate will direct you to the department where your order can be claimed.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment will be made in store at time of pickup.

How do I update or cancel my order?

Our associates are preparing your order to your specifications. While we accommodate order modifications, please note that fulfillment of all requested changes is not guaranteed. To update your order, please call or visit your Heinen’s pickup location with as much notice as possible.

To cancel your order, please call or visit your Heinen’s pickup location at least 24 hours in advance.
